HG Beauty BD সারা বাংলাদেশে নির্ভরযোগ্যভাবে প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করে থাকে। আপনার অর্ডারটি নিরাপদে এবং যত দ্রুত সম্ভব পৌঁছে দেওয়ার জন্য আমরা অভিজ্ঞ কুরিয়ার ও ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পার্সেল পাঠিয়ে থাকি।
অর্ডার করার পর থেকে ডেলিভারি পর্যন্ত আপনার অর্ডারের বর্তমান অবস্থা Track Order-এর মাধ্যমে জানতে পারবেন।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ
চট্টগ্রামের ভেতরে: ৪০ টাকা
ঢাকার ভেতরে: ১২০ টাকা
অন্যান্য জেলা: ১৪০ টাকা
অর্ডারের ওজন, আকার, ডেলিভারি লোকেশন অথবা বিশেষ ডেলিভারি ব্যবস্থার ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। এ ধরনের কোনো চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হলে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আপনাকে জানানো হবে।
ডেলিভারি সময়
আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি।
সাধারণত অর্ডার ডেলিভারি হতে ২–৫ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি লোকেশন, কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, সরকারি ছুটি, প্রতিকূল আবহাওয়া, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি অথবা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা অন্যান্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

দ্রুত কোনো অর্ডার প্রয়োজন?
সম্ভব হলে আমরা জরুরি ডেলিভারির ব্যবস্থা করার চেষ্টা করি। জরুরি ডেলিভারি প্রয়োজন হলে অর্ডার করার আগে অথবা অর্ডার করার পর যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের Customer Support Team-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

জরুরি বা একই দিনের ডেলিভারি লোকেশন, অর্ডারের সময়, প্রোডাক্টের availability এবং delivery service-এর availability-এর উপর নির্ভর করবে।
তাই সব অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে একই দিনে ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা সম্ভব নয়। জরুরি ডেলিভারির জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং
আপনার অর্ডার dispatch হওয়ার পর প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে tracking information ব্যবহার করে অর্ডারের বর্তমান অবস্থা জানতে পারবেন।
আমাদের Track Order অপশন থেকেও আপনার অর্ডারের status check করতে পারবেন।
Tracking information update হতে courier service-এর কারণে কিছুটা সময় লাগতে পারে।
অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন
Website-এ সফলভাবে অর্ডার করার পর আপনার অর্ডারটি আমাদের system-এ গ্রহণ করা হবে।
আমাদের Team অর্ডারের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য যাচাই করবে। অর্ডারে কোনো সমস্যা, অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য অথবা অতিরিক্ত confirmation প্রয়োজন হলে আপনার দেওয়া ফোন নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করা হতে পারে।
কোনো সমস্যা না থাকলে অর্ডারটি পরবর্তী processing ও delivery-এর জন্য প্রস্তুত করা হবে।
পার্সেল গ্রহণের সময়
পার্সেল গ্রহণের সময় আপনার নাম, অর্ডার এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে payable amount ঠিক আছে কিনা যাচাই করার অনুরোধ রইলো।
পার্সেল হাতে পাওয়ার পর খোলার শুরু থেকে সম্পূর্ণ প্রোডাক্ট বের করা পর্যন্ত একটি পরিষ্কার ও Uncut Unboxing Video ধারণ করুন।
Damaged, broken, incorrect অথবা missing product সংক্রান্ত অভিযোগ যাচাইয়ের ক্ষেত্রে এই ভিডিও প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

Inside Chattogram: BDT 40
Inside Dhaka: BDT 120
Other Districts: BDT 140
Additional charges may apply to oversized or heavy parcels, certain delivery locations, or special delivery arrangements. Where applicable, customers will be informed accordingly.
Delivery Time
We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.
Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, adverse weather, natural disasters, political circumstances, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Urgent or same-day delivery is subject to your location, order time, product availability, and the availability of a suitable delivery service.
Same-day delivery therefore cannot be guaranteed for every order. Additional delivery charges may apply to urgent delivery requests.

After successfully placing an order through our website, your order will be received by our system.

If no additional information is required, your order will proceed to processing and delivery.
Receiving Your Parcel
When receiving your parcel, please verify your name, order details, and the payable amount where applicable.
After receiving the parcel, please record a clear and continuous uncut video from before opening the package until all products have been completely removed and shown.
This video may be required to verify claims involving damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing products.
